Tim started woodworking when he was a little boy of just five years old, when his dad taught the him the basics. He has always loved working with wood. 

When he left school he did an apprenticeship as a carpenter and joiner and later started cabinet making. 

What he loves to do most is carving wood with razor sharp chisels and shaping the piece of wood into something beautiful. There is no shortage of inspiration living on the Coromandel.

He also gives wood carving tuition. It gives him great pleasure being able to pass his knowledge on.

Customers go home with their own unique piece of hand-carved artwork.
