I have been Quilling for 3 years, after seeing a piece of quilled art online that made me curious, as I had never even heard of the art form before.

I very quickly discovered that I loved the process, from inspiration to design to completed piece, and finally had an outlet for my creative side.

My inspiration comes from everywhere, be it nature, fabric patterns, other artists and quite often from random comments!

It can be a very challenging art, as many pieces I create require 3D construction and a lot of problem solving, but it is that side of it that keeps me from being bored.

Although it is an art form that started in the renaissance period, I put a very contemporary spin on it, and continue to learn something from every piece I create.
