Artist: Woodworker

Natasha Courtney studied furniture making at the Centre for Fine Woodworking in Nelson. Now based in Hahei, she creates a variety of mainly utility pieces using native and exotic timbers. She enjoys the challenge of giving new life to recycled materials and sources sustainably grown/felled timber.

Her style is minimalist, allowing the woodgrain to speak for itself through clean lines. She is available to make to order if you have a design or sizing requirements.

She creates a variety of fine woodwork pieces using locally sourced native and exotic timber. She sources timber locally in the Waikato and out for good sources of recycled timber. She can also source imported plantation grown timber, too.

All works are hand-crafted by Natasha in her studio workshop on the Coromandel Peninsula.
