Route 14 (Jazz from Japan)

ROUTE14 band is a dynamic Tokyo-based instrumental jazz-fusion band founded in 2010 by trumpeter Chihiro Yamazaki. Their style, known as "Singing Instruments," blends jazz, fusion, and rock into highly melodic, emotional compositions. They have performed at various international festivals, including SXSW (2013-2025) and the Bay of Islands Jazz & Blues Festival and we are so lucky that they are making their way to Whitianga! This will be a very special Sunday. All Ages (under18s with legal guardian). Doors open at 5.30pm, they will hit the stage at 6.30pm.
