Join @NZTrio at St Andrews by the sea, Whitianga for the 2nd in their 2024 concert series Triptych 2 Untrodden Ways. Feel the emotion of one of Felix Mendelssohn's finest chamber works, Trio in C minor, then experience Bach’s chorales in a new light from NZ composer Reuben Jelleyman. Jennifer Higdon's ‘Piano Trio' paints melodic canvases with evocative harmonies, and we venture into the rich and passionate realm of Armenia with Arno Babadjanian's passionate Trio in F-Sharp minor.
NZTrio – Amalia Hall (violin), Ashley Brown (cello) and Somi Kim (piano), are renowned for their eclectic repertoire, outstanding talent and warm kiwi stage presence.
