Dr Fleur Palmer is affiliated to the Northern (Muriwhenua) tribes of Te Rarawa, Te Aupōuri and Ngāti Awa in Aotearoa). She is an Architect and Associate Professor in Huri te Ao Hoahoanga (Future Environments) at Te Wānanga Aronui ki Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland University of Technology). In her art practice she is interested in promoting indigenous thinking, and revitalising cultural practice within built environments.
