2-Day Adobe Pizza Oven Building Workshop

Henery Mackeson will be running a 2-day adobe pizza oven building workshop at Driving Creek in November. Come along and take part in building a pizza oven for our courtyard area at Driving Creek. During the workshop you will learn how to build a woodfired adobe pizza oven on a pre-built base.

• Day 1: Constructing the oven structure.
• Day 2: Finishing the pizza oven by building a chimney, the door and doing the plastering.

The workshop will be run over 2 full days from 9am to 5pm. Please bring work clothes and closed shoes that can get mucky. We supply all materials and aprons needed.
