Bob Drummond

Bob Drummond is an artist based in Coromandel town. Bob grew up on a farm in Taranaki and following University spent a large part of his Adult life on an extended OE, starting with a grape harvest in France and ending with a 20-year stint in Germany.

Now back in NZ, his art often reflects the contrasting influences of an uncomplicated heartland Kiwi upbringing and a more structured continental European lifestyle.

Bach living, beach and farm scenes, and tramping are all familiar to Kiwi senses.
