Pranadance & Sound Bath

Mana Retreat Centre

Every Tuesday morning, 9:45am - 11:45am

Pranadance weaves together the embodiment principles of Open Floor with awareness practices to create sacred dance journeys. Uplifting and connecting you to your unique expression of body and soul.

We dance to connect with ourselves and others. No experience is necessary. Come just as you are and join others doing the same alongside you :-)

To finish the class we rest in a wonderful Sound Bath from a Gong or Singing Bowls...bliss!

9.45-11.45am

$18 cash at the door or online www.pranadance.co.nz/classes

We are dancing every Tuesday morning in Coromandel at either Mana Retreat or the Coromandel Citizen's Hall.

Date and venue schedule listed on www.pranadance.co.nz and www.facebook.com/pranadance.co.nz
