From the Thames Business Association: "We are very disappointed to announce the cancellation of next weekend’s Food and Buskers Festival in Thames.
We will be refunding all tickets to the Master Classes with Ganesh Raj and the Flounder Fiesta dinner, as well as all fees paid by the food vendors.
Thank you for your wonderful support of this first-ever event for our town.
When possible, we will revisit what events we can bring to Thames in 2021 - 2022 and beyond."
The Thames Food and Buskers Festival will be held on Friday March 5th and Saturday March 6th 2021.
This exciting new festival will feature gourmet food stalls, live music and entertainment for the whole family, in beautiful Thames on the Coromandel Peninsula.
The festival features restaurateur, television host and food education advocate Ganesh Raj presenting 2 cooking masterclasses and hosting a dinner on the Saturday night, where he will also meet and greet guests.
The Thames Food and Buskers Festival is free to attend, except for the Ganesh Raj masterclasses which will be ticketed. Book tickets HERE.
